Responsibilities
Day to day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
Having a trade skill i.e. joinery , plumbing , electrical , is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings.
Must have full driving license own transport and Tools.
Experience
This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
Skills
Excellent organisational and co-ordination.
A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work independently.
Must own a vehicle – non negotiable
