Who will I support?
Working with people with Learning Disabilities/Autism/Mental Health involves appreciating their own personal journeys. Each day is an opportunity to engage in activities, whether it’s enjoying a walk in the park, going shopping, visiting a favourite café, or pursuing personal interests. Your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them.
